Mr. Dennis E. Creguer, 46 of Minden City, passed away Friday, July 15, 2011 at Huron Medical Center. He was born on March 26, 1965 in Deckerville to the late Dougle E. and June (Kramer) Creguer. Dennis attended Harbor Beach High School. He worked for Tower Industries (Active) for a few years. He also worked as a bump and paint man at Top of the Hill Bump and Paint in Harbor Beach and National Coach of Port Sanilac. He was the owner of Double D Bar in Ruth for ten years. He was a member of the Thumb Pool League. He is survived by three sisters, Bette Peterson and her husband, Ken of Burlington, VT, Norma Prange and her husband, Tom of Minden City; Gina Crothers of Port Sanilac; three brothers,Bernie of Kinde, Peter and his wife, Jill and Paul and his wife, Clariece, both of Minden City; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother, Gary; one brother-in-law, James Crothers, one sister-in-law, Susan Dumaw. The funeral service was 11 a.m. Monday, July 18 at the Smigielski Funeral Home in Minden City. Rev. Randy Kelly, pastor of St. Thomas Aquinas of Saginaw officiated. Burial was in the St. John Catholic Cemetery in Forestville. Visitation was on Sunday from 4-9 and 10-11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
