Peter D. Stomack

Mr. Peter D. Stomack, 77 of Minden City, passed away on May 1, 2021 unexpectedly at his residence.

            He was born on January 28, 1944 in Bad Axe to the late Peter and Lucy (Maikrzek) Stomack. He never married.

            Peter was a graduate of Ubly High School. He farmed all of his life before retiring in 1998.  He was a parishioner of St. Mary Catholic Church, St. Isidore Parish in Parisville. Peter loved gardening, reading, crossword and Sudoku puzzles.

            Peter is survived by three sisters, Marie Zulka of Warren, Theresa Bailey of St. Charles and Lucille “Lucy” Daykin of Midland; several nieces and nephews.

            He was preceded in death by his brother, Clarence Stomack Sr., two sisters, Alice Stomack and Joanne Grates. 

            Mass of Christian burial will be 11:00 am Friday, May 21, 2021 at St. Mary Catholic Church, St. Isidore Parish in Parisville. Rev. Matthew Federico, pastor will officiate. Burial will be in the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.

            Family and friends may gather Friday, May 21 from 10:00-10:45 am at St. Mary Catholic Church in Parisville.
