Mrs. Veronica E. Tomlin, 90 of Minden City, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Autumnwood of Deckerville.
She was born on September 11, 1930 in Detroit, daughter of the late Chester and Jessie Winckiewicz. On May 28, 1949, Veronica married Clifford N. Tomlin at St. Hedwig Church in Detroit. He preceded her in death on December 25, 1993.
Veronica enjoyed paying cards, listening to Polish music, puzzles, arts, crafts and ceramics.
Veronica is survived by one daughter, Denise Mullett of Minden City; one son, Clifford M. (Andrea) Tomlin of Livonia; grandsons, Michael (Nicole) Mullett Jr. of Coleman, Jeffrey (Brenda) Mullett of Lapeer, Steven Mullett of Flushing;7 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; one bother, Edwin (Betty) Wendrick; one sister-in-law, Delphine Tomlin; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son-in-law, Michael Mullett Sr; one sister, Virginia Wolney, brother-in-law, Joseph “Ray” Tomlin.
Due to the pandemic, Veronica’s mass will be private. She will be laid to rest in the spring in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Palms.
